Scouting is something that has become more and more important to me over the years, as I have continually returned to the Scout Oath and Law in my life for guidance, been thankful for all the life lessons I learned about outdoor adventures, wilderness survival, personal fitness, project development and my ability to make change and influence the world around me.


Here in Mongolia I am very excited that Scouting not only already exists, but is a strong organization with thousands of members capable of making great change in the lives of young men and women throughout the country. Over the next two years I am very lucky to be able to work with both Scouts and Scout leaders here in Sukhbaatar aimag, as well as with the National Scouting Association in the capital city.
