The Body Sculpting Bible for Men


I am a huge fan of The Body Sculpting Bible for Men, written by James Villepigue and Hugo Rivera. I have recently completed the 12 Week Break-In Routine, which has helped me to get into great shape, and I am now working week to week on the 14-Day Body Sculpting Workout as a regular routine. I really appreciate the step-by-step instructions and helpful advice that this book offers and highly recommend you buy it.
