Fitness


Fitness, being physically fit and healthy, requires a balance of good exercise, nutrition and rest. Here are some of my experiences with those and other things related to fitness
. If you would like to start your own workout routine, like my close friends, check out these recommendations.



I recently completed a 12 Week Plan that was a break in for my current workout routine. My overall fitness goal is to be ripped like my Dad and Barack Obama. Incidentally, I am also following the President's Challenge and working to improve my scores on multiple measurement tests.



In addition to good exercise, I am also spending time every week trying to become a great cook, eat more healthy, and also become better at meditation. I have a long way to go in meditating but I really enjoy it and highly recommend it.

I follow the 14 Day Body Sculpting Workout by The Body Sculpting Bible for Men, a two week routine that goes through three variations and then repeats.
This is designed to keep the body guessing as you grow and adapt to a new routine, since it generally takes the body two weeks to get used to any new habit or schedule.


Two Weeks  |  2 Sets of 12-15 Repetitions, Rest

Two Weeks  |  3 Sets of 10-12 Repetitions, Some Rest

Two Weeks  |  4 Sets of 8-10 Repetitions, No Rest
